Combat Tools
These are the shard's quality-of-life systems for playing combat characters — worth grouping as one "Combat Tools" page since new players will want all of them early.
Combat HUD — [CombatHUD
A floating panel that automates the tedious parts of fighting:
-
Auto combat toggle — turns on war mode and automatically targets the nearest valid hostile automatically, rather than you manually war-mode/target every fight.
-
Auto-retarget — the moment your current target dies, it picks the next nearest hostile without you lifting a finger.
-
Notoriety filter — choose whether auto-targeting should only consider Grey (criminal) targets, Grey + Red (murderers), or all hostiles, so you don't accidentally auto-target something you didn't mean to fight.
-
Weapon special ability toggle — flip your primary or secondary special move on/off from the panel.
-
Auto-Discordance — if you're carrying an instrument, this automatically performs Discordance on the nearest valid target every 3 seconds, for bard-type characters.
-
Combat range is roughly 14 tiles.
QuickCast — [quickcast / [qc
A 5-slot spell dashboard for casters:
-
Assign any spell from any spellbook type to one of 5 slots.
-
Each slot can be set to auto-cast on an interval you choose (default 60 seconds), targeting Self, the Nearest Enemy, or a Manual target you pick each time.
-
Your setup persists — if the dashboard was open when you logged out or the server restarted, it reopens automatically on your next login.
-
[quickcast reset wipes your profile back to 5 empty slots; [quickcast help shows in-game usage help.
Damage Calculator — [DamageCalc / [DmgCalc
A theorycrafting tool for players who want to plan a build before committing to it. It evaluates whatever weapon you currently have equipped against a baseline target, and lets you type in hypothetical Strength/skill values to preview what your min/max/average hit damage, hit chance, swing speed, and DPS would look like — without ever touching or raising your actual skills. Good page content: "test a build before you grind for it."
Auto Heal — [AutoHeal
A self-heal (and nearby-pet-heal) automation panel. It checks every half-second and applies a bandage when your HP drops below your configured threshold or you're poisoned, healing you first and then the lowest-HP pet within 2 tiles if pet healing is enabled. It can pull bandages from three sources depending on what you have:
-
An Infinite Bandage ("Bandage of the Eternal Healer") if you've registered one — never consumed.
-
Your Forgotten Master Key's Survival tab bandage stock, if you're carrying one.
-
Regular bandages from your backpack (consumed normally) as the fallback.
