In our shadows, respect is the ultimate law. Every member of the Shard must uphold a standard of conduct that ensures all players can enjoy the journey without fear of harassment or toxicity.

Gameplay & Fair Play

VIRTUAL CONDUCT PROTOCOLS

Survival in the Shard requires focus and respect for the world's mechanical integrity. All players must engage with the game as intended, ensuring a competitive but fair environment for all dwellers of the abyss.

  • Exploiting geographical anomalies or terrain bugs for combat advantage is strictly prohibited.
  • Automated farming through macros or third-party software is not tolerated.
  • Intentional disruption of communal events or world bosses through mechanical griefing will lead to immediate sanction.
FAIR COMPETITION & MULTI-ACCOUNTING

The integrity of the realm relies on individual skill. Bypass measures or artificial advantages destabilize the shard's delicate balance and the community at large.

  • Multi-boxing is forbidden in any PvM or contested resource zones.
  • Trading accounts or in-game currency for real-world value is a permanent offense.
  • Stream sniping or utilizing out-of-character information for tactical gain is prohibited.

Characters & Accounts

Identity is the anchor of your journey. All character names must reflect the grim and historical tone of the Forgotten Shard. Names containing modern slang, or offensive language are strictly forbidden and will result in character renaming or account suspension.

  • Account security is the sole responsibility of the player; sharing credentials is highly discouraged and done at your own risk.
  • The use of automated scripts or hardware macros to bypass AFK timers is strictly prohibited.
  • Each player is limited to a maximum of 2 active characters per account.
  • Multi-boxing is permitted only in non-competitive zones and must not interfere with other players' experiences.
  • Trading accounts or in-game assets for real-world currency (RMT) will lead to an immediate and permanent ban.

Punishments

Warnings Tiers
  • Warning I: Official record of misconduct and verbal caution.
  • Warning II: 48-hour global chat silence and community probation.
  • Warning III: Final notice before escalation to account suspension.
Temporary Ban
  • Short-term Exile: 3-day suspension for repeat minor infractions.
  • Standard Exile: 7-14 day suspension for moderate gameplay violations.
  • Extended Exile: 30-day suspension for severe community misconduct.
Permanent Ban
  • Total and final removal from the Shard for hacking or catastrophic rule breaches.
  • Hardware or IP-based restrictions depending on the severity of the offense.
  • Account assets and progress permanently forfeited to the abyss.
